Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I accept custom orders e.g. miniature wedding cake for keepsake. I am excited to work on new items and let's dream together. Please message me to find out more.

Where is your product made?

Each item is designed and handmade by myself in Markham, Ontario, Canada.

What is your return policy?

I design and craft each item personally with high standard, and I inspect and pack each item carefully for shipping. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you find any problems. I will address them promptly.

MiniJolly is not liable for any damages or lost due to shipping. I would recommend the buyers to choose the shipping options that have tracking and insurance coverage, so that they have the option to file a claim with the shipping carriers for damages or lost.

Buyers are responsible for the returned shipping/postage costs.

Care instructions

For products made out of clay, moisture may affect the quality of the item so should be avoided. Long exposure to direct sunlight may discolor the items and should be avoided. Miniatures containing small pieces may have choking hazard and are not suitable for small children under age 6.
